OCR: Physiologically, ADH is produced at the r pituitary hypothalamus and stored in the posteric gland. Under physiological conditions, it the hyponatraemia and low osmolality inhil hg the excretion of urinary sodium by stimulat distal secretion of ADH. ADH acts on the rena water, so tubules and enhances the reabsorption o ormal serum osmolality is maintained at the n osmolalitylevel; urinary sodium concentration and below decrease (urinary sodium concentration 10mmol/1).
